Sadly, Julie has been sick for about a week and so we aren't doing anything for Valentines Day. Maybe in a few days when she's better. Wishing all of you a happy one, though.

Hola.I'm so sick of winter. Sick, sick, sick of it! I shoveled out the driveway last night and it was well over a foot. It must have drifted in. I learned a new word yesterday. Fusty.

I was reading "GOOD GRIEF: The Story of Charles M. Schulz" by Rheta Grimsley Johnson and she referred to the Family Circus as fusty. I just looked it up to see what it means...

1. Smelling of mildew or decay; musty.
2. Old-fashioned; antique.

I couldn't agree more...

One of my favorite things to do in the winter is to go to Barnes and Noble, order large hot chocolate after large hot chocolate and read.
